1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 90jle platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on 90jle, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

90jle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2 Account Registration & Usage

To register an account on 90jle, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth are mandatory and must be entered correctly. 90jle reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false information.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 90jle Support immediately.

90jle may request additional identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on 90jle. Use of any 90jle service by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Providing false age information at registration will result in account termination and all balances may be forfeited. 90jle conducts regular age verification and may request official ID in cases of suspicion.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Multiple payment methods are available for deposits on 90jle, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may require additional verification.

• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Providing the correct transaction ID at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• For any failed deposit, please contact support within 24 hours.

90jle does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Unusually large withdrawal requests may require additional documentation.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be made in a single day, but an overall daily limit applies.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

90jle offers a range of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be reviewed before claiming.

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected — including arbitrage betting or bonus hunting — the bonus will be voided.
• 90jle reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Separate terms apply to converting VIP program points to cash. Benefits vary by VIP tier, and 90jle may modify the VIP program structure at any time.

7 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

90jle uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness across all games and betting. This system is regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs.
• In Sports Betting, live odds may change after a match has started.
• If a technical error is detected in any game or bet, 90jle reserves the right to void that round.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.
• Maximum payout limits may vary by game.

90jle's Sports Betting section lets you bet on over 50 sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and badminton. In live betting, odds update in real time and the window to place a bet may be limited.

8 Prohibited Activities & Penalties

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jle platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information.
• Hacking, cheating, or using bots in any game.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
• Threatening or harassing the support team or other users.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

90jle reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Requesting self-exclusion on your own.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

Any legitimately earned and withdrawable balance may be requested for return even after account closure, provided the investigation has been completed. Bonus balances may not be eligible in such cases.

10 Limitation of Liability

90jle is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform. Gaming is a form of entertainment, and winning on any bet is never guaranteed.

90jle is not liable for compensation if a game or bet is disrupted due to technical errors, server downtime, loss of internet connectivity, or any other technical issue, but will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts. 90jle is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with others.

11 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

90jle reserves the right to partially or fully update, modify, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a platform notification or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request that your account be closed.
